Event organizers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided in their event listings. This includes details such as dates, times, locations, and any other pertinent information. Please double-check your information before submission.
In the event of any changes to your event details, it is your responsibility to promptly update your listing on the calendar. This ensures that our community remains well-informed and that attendees have the most up-to-date information.
Middle TN Cycling reserves the right to review and remove all event submissions. Events that do not align with our focus on cycling or violate our community standards may be removed.
Please adhere to our community standards and guidelines. Any content that is offensive, discriminatory, or in violation of applicable laws will be removed. Posters may face account suspension or the removal of event posting privileges.
We respect your privacy. By submitting an event, you agree that the provided information, including contact details, may be used for communication related to the event and may be displayed publicly on our platform.
Treat fellow community members with respect and courtesy. Any form of harassment, trolling, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Event organizers are accountable for the success and conduct of their events. Any disputes or issues arising from an event are to be resolved between the involved parties. Middle TN Cycling is not liable for such matters.
Middle TN Cycling reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the community event calendar for individuals or organizations that violate these Terms of Service or engage in behavior deemed detrimental to the community.
